Cody Carter began serving in Lansing Correctional Facility in 2012. In 2016 Cody launched Relentless Prison Ministry which continues to offer faith based programming and church services there to this day. In 2021 Relentless launched a 2nd program site at South Bay Correctional Facility. Between these 2 location, over 1,000 inmates actively participate in one or more expression of the Relentless form every week. Between our church services, bible studies, classes, 1 on 1 counseling, reading with dad program and more, Relentless is very active all week long at both of these locations.
Relentless Prison Ministry has no restrictions as to who can participate in our programs. We accept any inmate; those serving life sentences, inmates who have good behavior, those on watch because of bad behavior, or if they’ve recently been released from solitary confinement for committing a crime while in prison. We relentlessly pursue all men.
